Our purpose

We built Hablame because we believe enterprise telecommunications can be different: our own network, properly operated, clear pricing, human support that knows your account, and the freedom to move your operation without asking permission. We didn’t come to resell what others do badly. We came to operate well.

Letter from the founders

For more than a decade we’ve heard the same thing: "the operator doesn’t answer", "the bill doesn’t make sense", "any change takes a month". We built Hablame so that conversation would stop happening. We operate our own network because we want to be accountable for what we do. We have human support in Bogotá because at 3 a.m., when an integration breaks, a person on the other end is worth more than any ticket. 14 years building network, not marketing

2010
Hablame is founded
We incorporate the company with the conviction that enterprise telecommunications can be offered under a different model than the traditional carrier.
2012
First direct interconnection
We sign the first direct interconnection agreements with Colombian mobile carriers, removing middlemen.
2014
First in-house data center
We open our own physical infrastructure in Bogotá. We stop depending on third-party hosting.
2016
Carrier license (CRC/MinTIC)
We obtain the regulatory authorization that consolidates us as a formal telecommunications operator in Colombia.
2018
Our own fiber backbone
We deploy a fiber-optic network with dual routing to the main cities of the country.
2020
First ISO certification
We certify critical processes under international standards. The path toward today’s 4 ISO certifications begins.
2022
International coverage
We extend services to enterprise customers outside Colombia with interconnection to regional carriers.
2024
We pass 23,000 customers

Operator, not reseller

The word "operator" isn’t decoration

In Colombia, being an operator means technical, regulatory and investment responsibilities that many "telcos" don’t take on because they resell what others operate. This is what we do directly.

Regulatory authorizations
We are formally authorized before CRC and MinTIC as a telecommunications operator. We are not a wholesale-of-wholesalers.
Direct interconnection
Signed interconnection agreements with every fixed and mobile carrier in the country. A call or SMS doesn’t go through an intermediary.
Our own infrastructure
Data centers, switching, transmission and fiber are ours. We don’t rent capacity: we design and operate it.
Regulatory compliance
We comply with user protection rules, excluded numbers registry, habeas data and CRC reporting. Regulatory load fully assumed.
In-house technical team
NOC, engineering, support and operations are direct Hablame staff in Bogotá. We don’t outsource what affects your service.
Direct-to-customer pricing
With no middlemen, we offer more competitive rates. A natural consequence of operating our own network.
